A film about the friendship between two boys from feuding families arrives in Zagreb shortly after its world premiere at the San Sebasti\u00e1n Film Festival. The film will be presented at the screening by the director and film crew. The stars of the film are talented young actors Mauro Ercegovi\u0107 Gracin and Franko Floigl, while the rest of the cast features Ivana Ro\u0161\u010di\u0107, Marija \u0160kari\u010di\u0107, Ljubomir Bandovi\u0107, Asja Jovanovi\u0107 and Zdenko Jel\u010di\u0107. The film screens at Tu\u0161kanac Cinema at 1 PM and 9 PM.<\/p>\n<p>In Tu\u0161kanac Cinema at 10.30 AM and 6.30 PM, we have <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/i-have-electric-dreams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>I Have Electric Dreams<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, also from the main competition, a sensual debut of Costarican-French author <strong>Valentine Maurel<\/strong> about a turbulent relationship of a teenager, who is discovering her sexuality, and her father, who is reliving his adolescence.<\/p>\n<p>ZFF\u2019s program at Kinoteka Cinema starts at 12 PM, with KinoKino\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/gaias-world-this-is-my-planet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Gaia\u2019s World &#8211; This Is My Planet!<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (for children 10+), a thrilling sequel of the Slovenian hit by <strong>Peter Bratu\u0161a<\/strong> about the detective adventures of the resourceful girl Gaia. The program continues at 5 PM with a seductive and optimistic drama <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/the-passengers-of-the-night\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>The Passengers of the Night<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by\u00a0<strong>Mikha\u00ebl Hersa<\/strong>. This French representative in the Great 5 takes the audience to 1980s Paris and stars <strong>Charlotte Gainsbourg<\/strong> in the lead role. At 7.30 PM we have <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/corsage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Corsage<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by Austrian director Marie Kreutzer. This historical drama received the best acting award in the Un Certain Regard program at Cannes and deals with the sterilized, kitschy legend of Empress Sissi.<\/p>\n<p>The short film program in Kinoteka Cinema brings screenings of the Croatian competition program Checkers: films <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/short-story-on-trogir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Short Story on Trogir<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Ante Stori\u0107 <\/strong>and <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/talk-to-you-later\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Talk To You Later<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by a group of authors; and the international competition program: the Indonesian-French film <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/makassar-is-a-city-for-football-fans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Makassar Is a City for Football Fans<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Khozy Rizal<\/strong> and the Portuguese film <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/what-remains\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>What Remains<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Daniel Soares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The representative of German cinema in the program The Great 5 is screening at the Museum of Contemporary Art at 6 PM. <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/we-might-as-well-be-dead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>We Might As Well Be Dead<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Natalia Sinelnikova<\/strong> is a hilarious social satire set in a not-so-distant future which reminds us how easily people in dehumanizing conditions become victims of paranoia. <a href=\"https:\/\/zff.hr\/en\/movies\/intregalde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>\u00centregalde<\/em><\/strong><\/a> from the program Network of Festivals in the Adriatic Region screens at the same location at 8:30 PM. This thrilling bitter-sweet satire by <strong>Radu Muntean<\/strong> which questions the limits of human mercy premiered at the Directors\u2019 Fortnight in Cannes.<\/p>\n<p>ZFF\u2019s program at KIC Dokukino includes an event within the Industry platform for networking and education of professionals: <strong>Creative Europe MEDIA: Greening &amp; Training!<\/strong> which starts at 10.30 and is available via ZFF\u2019s Facebook page.
